MEDICATION ASSISTANCE

​Here at Hampton Roads Community Health Center(HRCHC), the 340B Program serves as our medication assistance program, which educates and assists patients with access to prescription medications at a reasonable cost. 

All HRCHC patients are eligible for the 340B Program.  Enrollment is required. There is no cost to enroll.
