​Our Outreach team plays a major role in the success of our patients. The team consists of Certified Application Counselors that attend community-focused events and meetings to inform and education residents about the services offered at HRCHC.

​One of those services is helping individuals and their families with enrolling into Cover Virginia (Medicaid and Medicaid Expansion) health plan programs.
